Staying at this hotel was a treat! The rooms were a better option for my family, providing a cozy atmosphere, but be prepared for potential cold drafts. The location was excellent, right on the docks, next to the Echo arena, and within a short walk to the Albert Dock and lively Liverpool One.

The hotel had lovely, nice rooms with a spacious lounge area, very comfortable beds, and was generally all round very good. However, the size of the room was far too small to use. The location was great, within walking distance of the city centre and very close to the museums by the docks. The service was exceptional, with exceptionally friendly staff. The dining experience was fine, although some more typical dishes would have been nice. The facilities were provided for, enhancing the overall experience with great amenities on offer.

I had a pleasant stay at The Block Apartments in Liverpool, situated right beside the Albert Docks. The rooms offer a nice view over the water, though the lack of a door could be inconvenient for friends sharing the space. The hotel was fantastic, very clean, modern, and had everything you need, but had no windows, which was not ideal. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, but there was an issue with speaking to a manager. The location was superb, with convenient access to key attractions and amenities, offering a nice walk along the water. The dining options were purely basic for a quick bite or breakfast. Overall, a great stay with minor room-related drawbacks.
